EMERGENCY ESCAPE HAMMER 6-PACK

The LifeRescue Emergency Escape Hammer does exactly what you need it to. It will easily shatter the toughened glass of a car side window, just use either end of the special double-sided one-piece steel head.

Recessed into the base of the handle is a razor sharp cutting blade. We would recommend that you free the seat belts before breaking the glass. Seat belts will often jam in an accident and this blade will free you. It is ideal if a seatbelt has jammed or the buckle is not easily reached. It can also be used directly on the straps of a child’s car safety seat, as seat buckles in the rear can easily become obstructed by the child’s seat. This cutting blade will enable you to release yourself, your front passenger, rear adult passengers and any children FAST.

The hammer should ideally be located in the centre console or any securable pocket that is easily reached, or fixed to an accessible part of the car that would be easily reached in the event of your seat belt gets jammed. We recommend that one be located on each side of the car. The supplied cradle enables a direct fixing to a rigid part of the vehicle.
